Shipping & Delivery

Payment Confirmation

Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days for European regions. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
Shipping
- We currently ship to European regions. Shipping usually takes approximately 7–14 business days to reach the destination for European regions. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping fee: Shipping fees are charged in euros (EUR). We charge €6.99 for orders under €69.00. Free shipping is available for orders of €69.00 or more.
Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
- Product prices include applicable taxes. We provide DDP shipping, which means duties and import-related fees are handled in advance where applicable.
- Our orders only charge the product price and shipping fee, if any. Customers do not need to pay additional import taxes, customs duties, or VAT upon delivery.
Delivery
- The total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time. For example, if an item requires 1–2 business days for processing and 7–14 business days for shipping, the estimated delivery time will be 8–16 business days.
- The system will automatically match the most suitable delivery method based on factors such as the sales platform, product size, and package weight. If the shipping address includes a PO Box, the selected logistics method will be reviewed. If the chosen delivery method does not support PO Box addresses, the order may be flagged for manual review, and we may contact you to update the address or confirm cancellation.
Track Order Status
- After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Causes of Delay
Tracking updates or delivery may be delayed due to force majeure or other events beyond our control, including:

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receipt.
You may arrange a pickup with the courier or drop off the package at your nearest post office. We will determine whether return shipping costs are reimbursed based on the reason for return. If the return is due to our responsibility, return shipping costs will be reimbursed. If the return is caused by the customer, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and must be covered by the customer. Fees depend on the courier service you select.
Possible reasons for return include:

- Incorrect item or quantity ordered

If your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please take clear photos and contact our customer service. We will provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Important: Please contact our customer service before sending any items back to obtain the correct return address. Returns sent to the sender’s address on the parcel will not be processed.

- Do not return items to the sender’s address on the parcel. Use only the address provided by our support team.
- Ensure no non-Xianning Huawan Trading Co., Ltd. items are included in your return package. We are not responsible for returning such items.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages during transit. Always keep your return tracking number as proof.
Refund Policy
- Any printing errors, damages, or defects caused by our production or shipping will be fully covered by us. You will receive a full refund, and return shipping will be reimbursed.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be fully refunded.
- Orders canceled before payment will be fully refunded.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund.
- If your address is invalid or unrecognizable by the courier, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Reshipment fees will apply after address confirmation.
- If you provided an incorrect address without notifying us, you are responsible for any resulting loss.
- Items returned with signs of use, stains, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, or cosmetic residues may be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.
- Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
